Taking over the property
Immediately after signing the purchase contract and receiving the keys, we will inspect the property. We will identify defects and unfinished work, report them to the developer and work with him to resolve them. We will arrange for electricity and water connections, and establish an internet connection. We will perform a detailed post-construction cleaning inside and on the terraces (residues of paint, adhesives, building materials).
Turnkey apartment equipment
In cooperation with the GALA design studio, we will furnish your new home with furniture, decorations, and electronics on a turnkey basis. After approving the final list of all furnishing elements, we will order individual items from suppliers, coordinate delivery, storage, and alternatives in case of unavailability of goods. We will cover the assembly and installation of all elements. Finally, we will perform the final cleaning and you can arrive and live right away.
Long-term management
We know that property needs to be taken care of. And it is difficult to do this remotely. That is exactly why ANDALIFE Property care was created. Three levels of service with prices starting from 85 EUR/month. We have your property under control. We will represent you at the SVJ. We communicate with suppliers, service technicians. We will take care of minor repairs, adjustments, improvements. We will arrange cleaning. We are partners thanks to whom you do not have to worry about what is happening to your property in Spain.
Real estate rental
The apartment or house is not only used for the owners' stay, but is also partially or exclusively rented out. Short-term tourist rentals, medium-term rentals. We will find tenants, list the apartment on booking platforms, use our own communication channels. Check-in/check-out service, customer support, cleaning, laundry, communication with guests, ongoing maintenance. All of this is our job.
